A Photo-Geographic inventory

We had decided to produce another volume on the great roads of the world, because we missed travelling... We aimed to realize a photo-geographic inventory and a short movie about two roads :
* Moussandam's road which is the one in the northern enclave of the arabic peninsula, on the Ormuz detroit (n°1)
* And the other one in the biggest part of Oman, located in the south of the chain of mountains going from the North-West to the South-East (n°2).

Unfortunatelly only one objective had been successfully conducted, because the northern road was closed. We had been informed very politely and then more firmly, that we wouldn't reach the point we were aiming to go.
After checking on Google Earth, it might be because this location is strategic to control the Gulf of Oman and the Ormuz detroit. This small road of barely 60 kms being closed, we had to go through the Emirates, Dubaï and so on to join the other part of the country.
